The Assumption: At Happiness Incorporated (HI!), we be­lieve Happiness is a nutrient.
A Mega Nutrient.
Vitamins could be sufficient in micro-units, but with Happi­ness nothing short of 1Kg would do.

The Act: Happiness At 1 Kg Per Day is an electro-human attempt to make sure we at HI! contribute towards your daily Happiness intake of 1Kg.


The Dose
You must have put on at least 7 Kg more Happy-weight over last week. And why not!! You have had seven regular Daily Doses of Happiness this full week.
Definitely a good head start if you actually implemented The Doses in your daily life.

Let's review our progress towards Happiness—gradually.

The Dose 1: Deque-ing- The art of transforming all unpleasant recurring stale thought. This becomes a natural action for You as You understand that the old input produces only old non-cheerful output.

Pumping-in of fresh inputs to yourself must have surely made you feel elated and happy!!!

The Dose 2: Grounded-in-the-Moment Technique. Meeting life-challenges as & where they arise. Never looking away when the challenges strike. Because otherwise, if given an opportunity by You, i.e. if You look away from the challenge, the challenge will be more than pleased to haunt you.

You must have experienced the exuberance You feel when You did not leave any of the daytime resi­due (by looking away we leave residue of the entire situation...not a fresh thing to do) behind.

The Dose 3: Happiness Advocacy. Sure enough you have tried this extraordinary opportunity to ap­preciate your Life's Happiness - by seeing closely and appreciating "what makes people around me happy & unhappy?" Your appreciation for Happiness, its value to You and its need in your daily life is greatly enhanced by You advocating Happiness with your closed and far ones alike. To recall, we saw that in the process of advocating Happiness to others around You, You would gradually master the art of being prepared for all events in your own Life.


In the end, You be Happy even when surrounded with testing situations in Life! Look who's feeling confident these days!


And Last but never the least.
The Golden Rule of Happiness:
Happiness is too little of reading about Happiness.
Happiness is a little about passively thinking about Happiness.
Happiness is too much about acting to demand Happiness for Yourself.

So Act to Get Happiness.
Coz It pays to be Happy.
