Discover your Intention, Discover Yourself

HI ! Welcome to Happiness At 1 Kg Per Day

The Assumption:
At Happiness Incorporated (HI!), we believe Happiness is a nutrient.
A Mega Nutrient.
Vitamins could be sufficient in micro-units, but with Happiness nothing short of 1Kg would do.

The Act:
Happiness At 1 Kg Per Day is an electro-human attempt to make sure we at HI! contribute towards your daily Happiness intake of 1Kg.

The Dose:
Discover your Intention, Discover Yourself

"Have I been true to myself ?", You would sometimes find yourself wondering. You wonder what has been the real "Intention" behind what You said, or not said, did or did not do. This may sometimes be apparent through your actions and at other times in others' actions done to You.

Indeed many of your acts, gestures and behaviours (towards others like your colleagues) may make You face this question. The question is relevant. The question is important for You.

Because if you can manage a correct answer to this question, You are more free, You are less hypocritical. You are more confident of who you are. In short, You are more You if You answer it successfully, truly.

That being true, how do you sincerely answer that question - not for your friends, your known ones, for others, but only for your own self.

Read the Sequence: A sincere answer to this question is had by noticing the sequencing of your own thoughts. The sequence (i.e. order) of those thoughts that made you act, behave in that particular manner. It is strange yet true that Intentions are less determined by the quality of thoughts (yes...even negative thoughts cannot be said to be ill-intentioned). They are much more determined by their sequence, their order of occurrence.

A 'close' friend has asked you for your time.

Your Thought Sequence number 1: I don't have time today. Let me refuse her. She will feel dejected for sure. But She will not be falsely dependent on me. She and her work will benefit by my rejection overall.

Your Thought Sequence number 2: Oh God. She has been such a 'good' friend. What will she think of me. Today I don't want to give her time. But why did she ask me for my time. I have none. Can't she see! She could have asked me yesterday. It would have saved me this embarrassment of saying no. What will she think of me now. Let me promise now. Later I can say sorry and give her a reason too.

Sequence 2 being particularly longer is no co-incidence.
Because most good things in life are simple and straight forward.
And Your Intentions are no exception.

--HI!
